Our story began in [1994] where Arcadia's roots can be traced back to the compassionate care provided in Care Homes when a small team of passionate individuals set out to make a mark in the healthcare sector. Arcadia’s founding principles of compassion, kindness and good conduct remain steadfast virtues to which all our practices are anchored.  We have since transformed from a small Care Home initiative into a long established service provider to the NHS and to the private healthcare sector. In 1994, we had no idea that our aspirations would spark a journey that would span three decades of resilience, growth, and support.
