Arcadia is very mindful of the need to provide on-going training and refresher courses. We undertake in-depth induction training and we have strong links with training organisations that provide us with rapid access to training in Moving and Handling, Health and Safety, Infection Control, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Medication, Fire Awareness, First Aid, Food Hygiene and so on.
Our aim is to supply quality trained staff to provide a high level of service to our clients.
