Arcadia provides staffing solutions to busy healthcare providers, supplying specialist and general nurses either temporary or permanent for various assignments including: A&E, ITU, HDU, ICU, RGN, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Community & Practice Nurses.
Arcadia is a very compliant organisation and will only forward potential candidates that have been thoroughly screened including face to face interviews by a Nurse Manager.
We believe we save our clients money in four key ways:
- First, we are very efficient in delivering emergency workers. This saves our clients time and frustration. We put great emphasis on good inter-personal relationships with our workers and we believe this is an important factor in enabling us to respond swiftly to emergency requests for staff.
- Second, we are a valuable source of cost-free permanent staff to our clients. We have never charged our clients any temp to perm fees even though many of our workers have become permanent employees of our clients. The latter is clear evidence that we recruit good quality personnel.
- Third, we believe that by supplying quality emergency staff we help to protect the morale of the permanent staff employed by our clients. We believe that this could help to reduce the turnover of permanent staff.
- Fourth, we are a very compliant organisation, registered by the NHS. This could be important from an insurance point of view should ever an incident arise. However, Arcadia has never been involved in any insurance or litigation issues since it was established in 1994.
